Bless us O Lord in these thy gifts which we are about to recieve through thy bounty through Christ our Lord. Amen
Promise Prayer:
I'm promising, dear Jesus, to follow you today, and to obey your every rule in all I do or say: to always be a loving child, helpful, kind and good; to give the love you give to me to everyone I should. But if I bring you sorrow, then help me to begin again and keep my promise tomorrow.
Our Father:
Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come;
thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread;
and forgive us our trespasses
as we forgive those who trespass againts us;
and lead us not into temptation
but deliver us from evil. Amen
Hail Mary:
Hail Mary, full of grace,
the Lord is with you!
Blessed are you among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen
End of the Day Prayer:
Dear God, as we come to the close of another school day, we pause to praise you. We thank you for this day and for our many blessings. We hope we have pleased you with the way we've used our time and our abilities.
Please forgive us if we have offended you by wasting the moments you've given us or if we have hurt other people. Help us this evening with our homework, with being good sports in our play and with the way we treat our family. We ask this through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen
Act of Contrition:
My God, I am sorry for my sins with all my heart. In choosing to do wrong and failing to do good. I have sinned against you whom I should love above all things. I firmly intend, with your help, to do penance, to sin no more, and to avoid whatever leads me to sin. Our Savior Jesus Christ suffered and died for us. In his name, my God, have mercy. Amen
